Lobb + Partners are commissioned to undertake a Golf Course Review and provide a hole-by-hole documentation of the nine-hole facility as it exists today. This review process and the resulting submission will enable Lobb + Partners, in conjunction with course Superintendent Allan Dewald, and the volunteer member board, to prioritize a list of golf course improvement projects. The course review and priority list will then form the foundation for future planning, and course improvement decisions.

Central to this project is an understanding Pender Harbour Golf Club is a smaller, community focused golf club, who recognizes a need to innovate and to provide consistency in their course planning and improvements process. It is embraced future golf course improvement projects are to be driven by intelligent design solutions which lead to quantifiable returns on investment. At the forefront of this, is a desire to ease course maintenance in certain areas and to enhance the playability and golf experience for members and guests.
